1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and **Paytru** ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the **Paytru** platform and services, including Money Sending, Bill Payments, Withdrawals, and Reward systems (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by all these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Electronic Communications

By using the Paytru Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications regarding the services, via the platform, email, or other electronic means. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

3. User Responsibilities & Account Security

You represent and warrant that:

You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
All registration information you submit is true, accurate, and complete, and you will maintain the accuracy of such information.
You will **keep your password and access credentials secure and confidential**.
You will **notify Paytru immediately** if you suspect any unauthorized use, security breach, or fraudulent activity related to your account.
You will only use the Services for personal, legal financial transactions (**Money Sending, Bill Payments, Withdrawals, Payment Receipts**) and not for any illegal or commercial activities without prior written consent.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Paytru is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than facilitating personal financial transactions as provided by Paytru. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation (especially related to money laundering or financial crime).
Attempting to abuse the **Rewards** system by engaging in manipulative, fraudulent, or non-genuine transactions solely to gain rewards.
Engaging in automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Paytru platform or any system connected to it.

5. Service Management & Modifications

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: **(1) monitor the Services for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action** (including reporting to UK financial regulators) against anyone who violates the law or these Terms; **(3) refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable** any of your services (e.g., limit withdrawal amounts or bill pay frequency); **(4) modify or discontinue** all or part of the Services without notice at any time; and **(5) change these Terms of Use** at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via the Platform or email.

6. Governing Law (UK Jurisdiction)

These Terms of Use and your use of the Paytru Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in London, UK.
